We build the websites, records, documents and systems that small businesses,
nonprofits and schools need in order to run — so your team can spend its hours
on the work only your team can do.
Web design is priced publicly — pick a package and you know the number before you
ever talk to us. Everything else is scoped to your organization, so those services
are quoted by email. Filter the list, open a card to see what's included, and send
us the ones you want priced.

How it works
From form to launch
01
You send the form
Tell us what you need and roughly what you're working with. Every field except the details box takes a few seconds.
02
We reply within 2 business days
Either a written quote, or a short list of questions if the scope isn't clear enough to price honestly.
03
You get a written proposal
Scope, price, deliverables, revision rounds and the delivery window — in writing, before anyone starts work.
04
We build and hand off
You review at the agreed checkpoints. At launch, the accounts and files are yours — no hostage logins.
Section 02

Tell us what you need
Web design packages are priced on this page. Everything else we quote per
organization — this form is how that starts.
What happens when you send this. The request goes straight to
our inbox and you get a confirmation email with a reference number, usually within a minute.
We reply within 2 business days. Prefer plain email?

We reply within 2 business days. Quote that reference if you need
to follow up before then.
Fifteen percent comes off every web design tier for projects booked through August 31, 2026. The discounted price is the price shown on each card; the struck-through figure is our regular rate. Add-ons — hosting and maintenance — are not discounted.
Why is web design the only thing with public pricing?
Because it's the only service where the scope is genuinely comparable between clients. Bookkeeping for a two-person shop and bookkeeping for a twenty-person nonprofit are different jobs with the same name, and publishing one number for both would mislead somebody. Send the form and you'll get a real quote instead of a range.
What do you need from me to start?
Your content — text, logo, images — plus access to whatever already exists, such as a domain registrar or hosting account. Delivery windows begin once we have those, which is the single biggest factor in whether a project lands on schedule.
What if my project doesn't fit a package?
Then it gets quoted. Packages exist to make the common cases fast and honest, not to force an unusual project into the wrong box. Describe what you need in the form and we'll scope it directly.
Who owns the site and the accounts?
You do. Domain, hosting and any third-party accounts are registered to you or transferred to you at launch. You can take the site elsewhere at any point without asking our permission.
Do you work with nonprofits and schools?
Regularly — they're much of who we serve. AA8 Corporation is a rural North Carolina nonprofit itself, so grant calendars, board reporting and volunteer documentation are familiar territory rather than an unusual request.
How do payments and scheduling work?
Both are set out in your written proposal before any work begins — payment schedule, milestones, revision rounds and the delivery window. If a term in the proposal doesn't work for your organization, say so while it's still a draft.
Still unsure? Email edunton@aa8corp.org and ask plainly — we'd rather answer a question than send a quote you didn't want.
